Refund policy
Returns
Unused individual products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price.
To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
- The return must include the original packaging when reasonably possible.
- Proof of purchase or the original order number must be provided.
- Return authorization must be requested before sending the product back.
Products that have been used in the field, cut, permanently marked, modified, damaged through use, or otherwise rendered non-resalable are not eligible for return.
Bulk Orders
All bulk orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled bulk orders will still be handled under the Defective or Incorrect Products section below.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is the result of an incorrect, defective, or damaged product supplied by us, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for returned products that are lost in transit.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged when received, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when appropriate.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Please allow several business days after a refund is issued for your bank or credit card provider to post the credit to your account.
Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be canceled for a full refund before they have entered the shipping process.
Once an order has shipped, it must be handled under the return provisions above.
Bulk orders may not be canceled once they have entered processing or production.
